Gameday Hustle ("we," "us") recruits match scouts for live sporting events in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect when you use gamedayhustle.com or submit an application — including through forms on Facebook or Instagram — and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Application details you provide: your first name, email address, closest MLS team or city, availability, how often you attend live sports, and any experience you describe.
• Lead forms on other platforms: if you apply through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the answers and contact details you submit there.
• Usage and advertising data: we use advertising pixels (currently Reddit Ads; Meta may be added) and standard server logs that collect device and browsing information such as IP address, pages viewed, and interactions like starting or completing the application quiz. These help us measure whether our ads work.

2. How we use it

• To review your application and contact you about match scout openings near you.
• To organize training, game assignments, and payments if you become a contractor.
• To measure and improve our website and recruiting campaigns.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to recruiting and running the match scout program.

3. Who we share it with

• Service providers that operate our forms and infrastructure: Web3Forms (form delivery), Google (spreadsheet storage of applications), our web hosting provider, and workflow tools used to move leads between these systems.
• Advertising platforms (Reddit; Meta if you applied through their forms) receive pixel events such as page visits and completed applications for measurement purposes.
• Our client: if your application progresses, relevant details are shared with the sports-data company we recruit for, so they can onboard and pay you.

4. Data retention

We keep application data for as long as we're actively recruiting in your area, and no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you become a contractor (in which case records are kept as required for the working relationship and by law). You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

5. Your choices and rights

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
• You can opt out of emails from us at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the link in the email.
• Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/EEA), you may have additional statutory rights, including the right to know what we collect and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

6. Cookies and pixels

Advertising pixels on this site use cookies or similar identifiers to attribute ad clicks to applications. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the application form works without them.

7. Age requirement

Match scout roles are open to people 18 and older. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an application, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
